Contour design for custom fit to arch and ankle.
Crisscross straps provide firm and even support to weak or sore ankles.
How to use:
Position the heel locking area of support on the heel.
Fasten the lower strap over the instep of the foot, then fasten upper strap the ankle.
Bring the medial elastic strap diagonally across the top of foot, and secure it to the side of the ankle support.
Repeat step 3 for the lateral elastic strap.
